Keith is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who devotes his life and work to those suffering from mental illness and addictions. His approach and techniques reflect evidence based improvements over the last 25 years in mental health treatment technologies. His specialties include: Psychodynamic Therapy, CBT. REBT, Music Therapy, Cognitive Restructuring, Resistant Clients, Anxiety, Depression, Therapeutic Communities. IPN Groups. I am passionate about helping others and enjoy seeing clients develop coping skills, change cognitive errors, learn emotional regulation, and grow into the best version of themselves. In our first session I will seek to gain a thorough understanding of your unique strengths and challenges. Together we will identify your goals and establish a plan for how to get there.
